Pierre Lebel(1,2,3) Chairman and Director Chairman of Imperial since 2003, and its prior President from 1986-2003. Pierre has extensive experience in managing public companies serving as a Director of a number of public companies during his career. In 1998 he was awarded the E.A. Scholz Medal by the BC & Yukon Chamber of Mines for excellence in mine development in British Columbia.
Pierre is presently Director and Chairman of Homeq Corporation, a director of SouthGobi Resources Ltd. and Zedi Inc., and an executive committee member of the Mining Association of British Columbia. Pierre holds an MBA from McMaster University and an LLB from the University of Western Ontario. He is a member of the law societies of British Columbia and Alberta.

J. Brian Kynoch President and Director President of Imperial since 2003. Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from 1995-2003. In 1995, as President of Bethlehem Resources Corporation, Brian negotiated the merger between Bethlehem and Imperial. His experience over 28 years in the mining industry has involved the exploration, permitting, development, commissioning, operation and reclamation of numerous mines and mineral properties including Mount Polley, Nickel Plate, Goldstream, Huckleberry, Castle Mountain and Sterling mines.
In 2007 Brian was awarded the E.A. Scholz Medal for outstanding contribution to the development and sustainability of mines in British Columbia by the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia. Brian also serves as a director of Selkirk Metals Corp. He is a Civil Engineer (B.Ap.Sc. UBC) and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of BC and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Larry G. Moeller (1,2,3) Lead Director Mr. Moeller is President of Kimball Capital Corporation and Vice President Finance of Edco Financial Holdings Ltd., private companies based in Calgary, Alberta. Mr. Moeller has been a director of Imperial since March 2002.

Ted Muraro(2) Director Mr. Muraro joined Imperial's board following completion of the Imperial and Selkirk Metals Corp. business combination transaction in November 2009. Mr. Muraro has worked in the mineral exploration industry for more than 40 years, including over 30 years at Cominco Ltd. where he advanced in positions to include Chief Geologist and internal Consulting Geologist to the Exploration Division. During recent years, Mr. Muraro has worked as a geological consultant. He holds an B.Ap.Sc. in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia, an M.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Queens University, and completed post-graduate studies at Stanford University.

Ed Yurkowski (1,2,3) Director Mr. Yurkowski is President of Procon Mining and Tunnelling Ltd, a Vancouver based full service mining contractor with operations in North America and other continents. Mr. Yurkowski has been a director of Imperial since May 2005.

Andre Deepwell Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary Joined Imperial in 1984. Andre has extensive experience with mining projects for public companies, as well as joint ventures and partnerships encompassing mine development and construction through to mine operation and production. Projects include a uranium mine in Nebraska, gold mines in Nevada, and base metal mines in British Columbia, as well as exploration projects throughout the world. He also serves as a director of SouthGobi Resources Ltd. Andre is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the University of British Columbia.

Kelly Findlay Vice President, Finance Treasurer of Imperial since 2001. Kelly's responsibilities include risk management, corporate governance, financial reporting, and supervision of accounting staff. She directed the implementation of, and oversees, the integrated financial system (SAP). Kelly also serves as a Director of Huckleberry Mines Ltd. Kelly is a Certified General Accountant. Prior to Imperial, she was an accountant at a chartered accounting firm, and a comptroller for an environmental engineering company.

Byng Giraud Vice President, Corporate Affairs Joined Imperial March 2010. Byng is responsible for corporate affairs including government relations, community relations, aboriginal affairs and communications. In the past he has served as a Vice-President with both the Association for Mineral Exploration BC and the Mining Association of British Columbia. Prior to that Byng served as a senior consultant with a number of top Canadian public affairs agencies. During this time Byng gained considerable experience in issue & crisis management, community & aboriginal relations and resource community outreach. Byng has also served as a senior project consultant with Partnerships British Columbia, the provincial public private partnership (P3) agency. Byng has extensive political experience at the national, provincial and municipal level, serving in senior advisory roles to provincial MLAs, federal MPs, Senators and with the BC Ministers of Environment and Agriculture.
He has managed or participated in over twenty federal, provincial and local elections across Canada. He has served as a director and Vice-President, Western Canada on the governing council of the Conservative Party of Canada with current Prime Minister Stephen Harper. Byng serves on the board of directors of Geoscience BC and Canada Place Corporation. He holds a MScEcon (International Relations) from the University of Wales at Aberystwyth and a MBA from the University of Cambridge (Jesus College).

Gordon Keevil Vice President, Corporate Development Mr. Keevil joined Imperial following the Imperial and Selkirk Metals Corp. business combination in November 2009. Gordon has 25 years of technical and corporate experience related to the management and operation of resource companies. He graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Science (Hon.) in Geology and is a designated Professional Geologist in the Province of Alberta.

Patrick M. McAndless Vice President, Exploration Joined Imperial in 1995 through the merger with Bethlehem, where he served as VP Exploration. Patrick's career in base and precious metal exploration for over four decades has provided him extensive knowledge and expertise in the evaluation of mineral prospects. Patrick oversees Imperial's exploration and development programs, property evaluations and land management.
In 2006 Patrick was the recipient of the APEGBC's 2006 C.J. Westerman Memorial Award. In 2005 he was honoured by the British Columbia & Yukon Chamber of Mines and awarded the H.H. "Spud" Huestis Award for Excellence in Prospecting and Mineral Exploration, and in 2003 he received the Northern BC Prospector of the Year Award at the Northern BC Business & Industry Awards.
Patrick is a Professional Geoscientist with a BSC (Honours Geology) from the University of British Columbia.
