Brian Kynoch
President of Imperial since 2003, prior Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer 1995-2003. Mr. Kynoch's mining industry experience encompasses all aspects of exploration, permitting, development, commissioning, operation and reclamation of numerous mines and mineral properties including Mount Polley, Nickel Plate, Goldstream, Huckleberry, Castle Mountain and Sterling mines. Brian received the 2007 E.A. Scholz Medal for outstanding contribution to the development and sustainability of mines in British Columbia by the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia. In 1995 he negotiated the merger between Bethlehem Resources Corp. and Imperial. Brian is a Civil Engineer (B.Ap.Sc. UBC) and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of BC and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Pierre Lebel - Chairman 1/2/3
Chairman of Imperial since 2003, past President 1986-2003. Mr. Lebel also serves as a director of SouthGobi Resources Ltd., Zedi Inc., West Kirkland Mining Inc., HomEquity Bank, Canada Place Corporation, Lions Gate Hospital Foundation, and the Business Council of British Columbia, as well as an executive committee member of the Mining Association of British Columbia. In 1998 Pierre received the E.A. Scholz Medal by the BC & Yukon Chamber of Mines for excellence in mine development in British Columbia. Pierre holds an MBA from McMaster University and an LLB from the University of Western Ontario.
Larry Moeller - Lead Director 1/2/3
Director since 2002. Mr. Moeller is President of Kimball Capital Corporation and Vice President Finance of Edco Financial Holdings Ltd., private companies based in Calgary, Alberta.
Ted Muraro 2
Director since 2009. Mr. Muraro has over 40 years experience in the mineral exploration industry, including over 30 years at Cominco Ltd. as Chief Geologist and internal Consulting Geologist to the Exploration Division. Mr. Muraro holds an B.Ap.Sc. in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia, an M.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Queens University, and completed post-graduate studies at Stanford University.

Director since 2005. Mr. Yurkowski is President of Procon Mining and Tunnelling Ltd, a Vancouver based full service mining contractor with operations in North America and other continents.

Andre Deepwell CA - Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary
Andre joined Imperial in 1984. His extensive experience covers all aspects of debt and equity finance, and financial reporting ranging from grassroots exploration to mine development and production. Andre also serves as a director of SouthGobi Resources Ltd.
Don Parsons - Chief Operating Officer
Don joined Imperial's team again in 2005, having been a key member of the Mount Polley Mine development and operating team from 1996 through 2001. Don was President and General Manager of the Fort McMurray operations of Tercon Enterprises, where he was recognized for excellence in productivity and safety performance through the Suncor Presidential Awards program. Don has also held senior mine operating positions with Homestake Mining Company and Westar Mining.
Patrick McAndless P.Geo - Vice President, Exploration
Patrick joined Imperial in 1995 following Imperial's merger with Bethlehem. Patrick has extensive knowledge in base and precious metal exploration and expertise in the evaluation of mineral prospects accumulated over four decades. Patrick has been recognized within the mining industry with the APEGBC 2006 C.J. Westerman Memorial Award, the British Columbia & Yukon Chamber of Mines 2005 H.H. "Spud" Huestis Award for Excellence in Prospecting and Mineral Exploration, and the 2003 Northern BC Business & Industry Award for Northern BC Prospector of the Year.
Gordon Keevil B.Sc.(Hons) - Vice President, Corporate Development
Gordon joined Imperial in 2009 following the Imperial and Selkirk Metals Corp. merger. Gordon brings a wealth of technical and corporate experience in management and operation of resource companies.
Byng Giraud MScEcon, MBA - Vice President, Corporate Affairs
Byng joined the Imperial team in 2010. His corporate affair responsibilities encompass government relations, community relations, aboriginal affairs and communications. Byng has extensive experience in issue & crisis management, community & aboriginal relations, resource community outreach, and in national, provincial and municipal level politics. Byng also serves as a director of Geoscience BC and Canada Place Corporation. Byng was past Vice President of the Association for Mineral Exploration BC and the Mining Association of British Columbia.
Kelly Findlay CGA - Vice President, Finance
Kelly joined Imperial in 2001. Her responsibilities include risk management, corporate governance, financial reporting, and supervision of the accounting department. Kelly also serves as a Director of Huckleberry Mines Ltd.
