  Q  Why am I not receiving any information from the Company?
  A  If you are a registered shareholder and your address has changed, the Company's transfer agent, Computershare, may not have your current address. Contact Computershare directly to update your registered mailing address. If you are a beneficial shareholder (your shares are held in a brokerage account) you need to contact your broker directly.   Q  I want to be able to trade my shares. If I convert old (issued prior to April 25/02) Imperial shares into new Imperial shares, what is the conversion?
  A  Conversion of old Imperial to new Imperial is 1 new share for every 10 old shares. If you hold Princeton Mining Corporation shares, the conversion is 1 Princeton share will equal 0.0073 of a new Imperial share. To exchange your old shares for new Imperial shares you must contact the Company's transfer agent Computershare directly.   Q  When Imperial shares were split into new Imperial and IEI Energy, what is the adjusted cost base?
  A  The suggested adjusted cost base for (old) Imperial shares to (new) Imperial is 37% and 63% IEI Energy Inc. Refer to Corporate Reorganization, Allocation of Adjusted Cost Base, for additional information.
