 | Imperial Metals Corporation is a Canadian mine development and operating company based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The Company's key properties are the Mount Polley open pit copper/gold producing mine in central British Columbia, the Huckleberry open pit copper/molybdenum producing mine in northern British Columbia, the development stage Red Chris property in northwest British Columbia, and the development stage Sterling gold property in southwest Nevada.
| Imperial and Selkirk Metals Corp. completed a business combination on November 4, 2009. With this transaction, Imperial has increased its asset base with the addition of Selkirk's large portfolio of exploration properties, located predominantly in British Columbia. The properties include two development stage projects: Ruddock Creek, a zinc/lead project northeast of Kamloops, and Catface Copper, a copper project on the west coast of Vancouver Island.
