Imperial acquired the 1,633 hectare Nak property in 2002. The property lies adjacent to the Joss'alun high grade copper discovery showing made by the BC Geological Survey in 2002.

The volcanic strata in the Nak area has been recognized to have the potential to host significant volcanogenic massive sulphide mineralization. Copper mineralization is widespread on the property with several new showings discovered in the initial exploration programs.

In 2003 Imperial conducted a 9 hole 1,200 metre diamond drill program which confirmed that Nak hosts considerable copper mineralization over a large area and is open along strike in both directions and to depth.

In May 2007 Imperial optioned the Nak property to Lomiko Resources Inc. [www.lomiko.com]. Lomiko can earn 50% interest by spending $2.5 million over 4 years and by issuing 490,000 common shares to Imperial. For a 60% interest, Lomiko must spend an additional $750,000 and issue 100,000 additional common shares to Imperial.

The property is located 75 km southeast of Atlin in northwest British Columbia, approximately 110 km south of the Yukon border.
