Probable Mineral Reserve Estimate @ cut-off grade 0.150% Copper (excluding stockpiles)

At December 31, 2014 the total mineral reserve estimate for the Main Zone Optimization pit (MZO) was 42.2 million tonnes grading 0.327% copper. Mining this additional reserve will extend the mine life through 2022.

The December 31, 2014 reserve estimate was prepared under the supervision of Kent Christensen, P.Eng., General Manager, designated as the Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101. Refer to the 2011 Huckleberry Technical Report (amended May 11, 2016) for a discussion of the key assumptions, parameters, and methods used to estimate mineral reserves and risks that could materially affect the potential development of the mineral reserves.
